2010-06-26 Four weeks old

Average weight is now 5 1/2 pounds. They are eating real food, (and pooping real poop!!). They still get the nourishment of mommy milk, too. Jetta is finding creative ways to feed all of these large puppies that have nails and teeth!! Our latest evening entertainment is sitting, watching and playing with the puppies...................so precious!!

The puppies are growing very fast!! Most of them weigh 4 pounds. (range is 3.5# - 5#) They have a mouth full of teeth. Playing, growling and chewing on each other occupies most of their day............when they aren't eating or sleeping!!
